The atmosphere throughout the hotel is magical — stylish, warm, and full of character. The service is outstanding at every level, especially the reception team, who are incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Parking staff also deserve special praise. The spa is good — relaxing, and perfectly maintained, with beautiful ambiance. The food is delicious, refined, and beautifully presented. Dining here is a real pleasure.
