Hotel muito bem conservado e organizado. Tem uma visita pra natureza muito linda e muita natureza em volta do hotel, funcionários super educados e prestativos. Só achei que o café da manhã tinha pouca a variedade e espera um pouco mais do pão de queijo, afinal MG a gente sempre acha que vai comer o melhor pão de queijo.

Por 2 dias seguidos tivemos um problema sério com o chuveiro, que demorava para esquentar e depois que esquentava era muito quente e não conseguíamos deixar em temperatura suportável. Estava fazendo muito frio e com isso passamos por muitas dificuldades. Falamos com os funcionários e não conseguiram resolver o problema. Ofereceram um outro chalé, mas teríamos que pagar uma diferença muito grande. Em razão desse desconforto saímos com um dia de antecedência. Apesar de já estar pago, não devolveram a estadia paga. Café da manhã razoável.

Hospedagem excelente, lugar muito acolhedor, super limpo e organizado! A localização fornece uma vista privilegiada e a legítima experiência de friozinho, o atendimento é muito atencioso e prestativo. O café da manhã é farto! varias opções de comidas e tudo bem organizado e aconchegante! Recomendo se quiser uma experiência de frio, tranquilidade e uma vista esplêndida. Por ser um pouco mais afastado não se houve barulhos de carros ou pessoas, somente o som de uma queda d’água! Tem uma piscina muito boa, sauna e salão de jogos.

Desde a recepção até o local e a instalação são sencionais. Pessoas diligentes com atendimento do início ao fim da estadia. Tem uma cachoeira e piscina aquecida. Quarto com vista para a trilha da pedra redonda. Neblina e frio me fez ascender a lareira e ter uma excelente experiência. Café da manhã incrível. Regado a frutas, sucos, café e várias opções. Valeu pessoal do hotel, vcs são demais. Com toda certeza voltarei!

Saí do RJ, a mais de 7 horas de distância e valeu a pena. A cidade é bem interessante, natureza exuberante e várias opções de restaurante. O hotel cumpre o que promete. O café da manhã é servido cumprindo de forma exemplar as regras da pandemia. A área verde aos redor dos chalés é uma atração à parte, coroada pelo riacho que corre ao fundo. Recomendo e voltarei, apesar da distância.
