Only stayed one night so didn't get to experience all the facilities. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Good selection of in room soft drinks and snacks. Balcony furniture and food need improvement. Met some really nice staff.

The hotel was Beautiful. We stayed in the 3 bedroom, Penthouse butler suite. Our Butler, Garon, went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He even had our food specially ordered and delivered to our room after a long day of excursions and had fresh baked cookies for dessert. We also had Mr. G for butler services who was nice. The only down side was the hotel was extremely hot..all of the restaurants and even the first 3 nights in our room stay, the A.C was not working properly. Our butlers did continue to check on us and attempted to do everything possible to make it more comfortable. Nathan also went over and beyond during one of our visits to the restaurants and had fans delivered in front of us to help with the heat in the restaurant. Mr. Gary was the absolute BEST bartender in the entire resort. We never had to ask for a refill and he has a WONDERFUL and funny personality. At the spa we had Kim and Charmaine, who have STRONG hands but did an awesome job in getting all of the knots out. Ackeem, at the spa front desk, was so kind also.

We rented the 3 BR villa with a pool and butler service. DO NOT waste your money on this “butler service.” We got check in texts daily from the butler to let them know if we needed anything. We had to call them multiple times a day for simple things like water and beer. I was very upset that we were giving limited water and felt like we were begging for replacement. It also took over an hour for the butler to delivery it which defeats the purpose of having a butler service. We ended up walking to the pool bar to get our own water and beers. The villa also wasn’t cleaned daily with the trash can over flowing. We complained yet no improvement in the service besides apologizes, so no need for management to reply to this asking me to contact them! There is a kitchen but no pots/pans etc if you wanted to cook so not sure why there is a stove. Very limited cups/plates/utensils. The bars didn’t have a variety of alcohol selection and bars don’t open until 10a. We had friends in the c building and the elevator wasn’t working so they had to use the stairs or the service elevator! Overall I would not go back to this resort. I am well traveled so know what to expect and this was subpar! This vacation was supposed to be relaxing and it ended up being stressful constantly calling our butler to replace things in the fridge which should have been fully stocked. Spend your money where it’s worth it.

We traveled with another couple. We have experienced all-inclusives in other locations and we all agreed Jewel Grande had the best food. And the staff are the warmest and kindest people ever. We felt so welcomed and just loved our interactions with each and everyone. Even the people tending grounds greeted us. We had rooms in A and B, and C tower for one night due to flight change. We had absolutely no complaints. There were a few minor issues like wrist band not working and safe needed reset but someone addressed that promptly and we took it in stride. We truly loved our visit and all agreed we would love to come back. A few shout outs to Dwayne, ,Coralee, Ruby, Teresa, Dwight, Taneisha ( in Waves), Jason, the lobby bar staff to name a few. But we really hope that JG management will let all their staff know how much we appreciated them. We fell in love with Jamaica and they played a large part in that

Very very beautiful resort and great service. I will always go back there. The rooms are huge, comfortable very clean. Great staff always available to help you. The food and drinks were amazing everywhere you turned was food and drinks wow we had a great time.
