"1. Mosquitoes in the room and throughout the property. 2. Free breakfast was not really breakfast, and was cold or did not have vegetarian options. Can't even get proper toast. Our room was supposed to include breakfast vouchers / free breakfast, not just whatever gross buffet food they put out. 3. They walked into our room, ignoring the do not disturb sign, without knocking, while we were in the shower. 4. The bathroom doorknob was broken and we reported it, and they did not fix it. 5. The hotel shuttle times are very limited, and if you don't take the shuttle to the city, they won't pick you up, which makes zero sense. 6. The airport shuttle was not operating on our check out day, with no explanation other than it doesn't run today. We incurred extra costs due to no proper breakfast, no hotel shuttle, no airport shuttle. 7. The hotel is up on a hill, with beautiful views, but it is far from everything, on a very noisy road, and it was very noisy until very late into the night, making it hard to sleep."

"It was amazing from beginning to end. Endless different food,and the drinks are strong, strong. Staff was awesome, from room cleaners to managers, everyone had a smile and more than willing to help!! Except the cook promised us **** chicken 2 nights in a row,we didn't get it,but he was cute so I'll allow it..lol God spares life,I'll be back next year"

"I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning."

Traffic is horrific. Men catcalls you every other second.*** Hostel’s space is cool but very raw. I know it’s cheap but I’ve been in multiple hostels and the structure was way better. The lady is super nice and attentive."

"Absolutely terrible. I booked my holiday in August 2025. I landed in montego Bay at 7.45. My partner met me at the airport. By the time we managed to find the place it took us forever. When we finally got there the whole place was like a ghost town. There was no lights on and the doors were locked. It was a good thing my partner was there because i would have been stranded out in the middle of nowhere. I ended up spending my whole holiday at my partners family's house in the country"

"The big apple was in a great location. The customer services were nil and void. When asked about missing light bulbs in the room, was told there had no more. The TV did not work. Again, was told someone would be there to fix it in the morning. The shower only had cold water."

"My experience with this hotel has been extremely disappointing and has significantly affected my travel plans. Firstly, upon arrival, the hotel staff initially claimed that they had not received my reservation. This caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my itinerary, as I had to spend additional time resolving an issue that should not have occurred. Secondly, after eventually confirming my booking, the hotel attempted to arrange for me to stay in an unfinished room for the first night. This room was not properly prepared for guests — it had no Wi-Fi and no mobile signal, making it completely unsuitable for accommodation. Thirdly, during room service, a staff member removed and lost my personal toothbrush from my room. Initially, the staff admitted responsibility for this incident. However, upon my second inquiry, the hotel staff responded with a very poor attitude and denied that the toothbrush had ever been in the room, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable."

"There was no one there to pick us up from the airport even though I called the day before and was told to send a WhatsApp message when we arrived at Sangster Airport and waited at Column A, but no one came. We even tried to contact the hotel, but could not get through. In the end we had to make our own way to the hotel from the airport after 8.30pm at night. This is unacceptable. The room we had was near the top and there was no lift. There were plenty of stairs which was not acceptable as are both in our late 60s. If I had known this was the case, I would have not booked this hotel. The staff were nice, but the hotel needs a re-vamp."

"Some of the hotel rooms were quite nice, while others were just average. The front desk staff's attitude needs improvement; they didn't seem to understand guests' requests. Bellboy, on the other hand, was quite service-oriented. For an all-inclusive hotel, the food wasn't particularly plentiful for the price, mainly because the seafood restaurant we went to was closed both times. The service at the Jamaican restaurant wasn't very friendly either. The bartenders didn't seem to like opening new bottles; is there a daily limit? Then it's not really all-you-can-drink; they should have clearly marked the number of drinks allowed beforehand. The coffee shop is open 24 hours, which is really great. The swimming pool is also open 24 hours, which is rare."
