Front Desk was pleasant and made up feel so welcome. The rooms were extremely clean and breakfast was way more than what I expected. Will definitely stay again..

Hotel has great view that's about it. Alot of staff are very rude even the bartender lady. Pay cash for your $100 hold don't put it on your card if you're planning to use some of that money for your trip. Horrible experience!!! Don't stay here!! For price you can find better! Would give 0 stars!

The place where the property is located has a beautiful view of the ocean and where the planes land on one side. The staff was overall friendly and they were constantly cleaning. They have a number of security guards there. Safety was top notch! A big shout out to the security lady at the front gate...very knowledgeable and hospitable. Another shout out to the resturant supervisor...Janet. ..she was friendly and down to earth. Another shout out to the shuttle driver and bell man on our first day; who had wonderful personalities and went above and beyond. Just too many staff members to name. What we didn't like is as follows: On the other side of the resturant outside was too loud; the constant blowing of vehicles and sirens. The second floor by the resturant should have a bathroom. If you have guest come to visit you, you are not allowed to bring them to your room. You are either stuck where you go and check in or you have to stay in the resturant or outside of it where there is noise. At times it was so chilly to stay out. As in our case, family members spent the entire day with us. It's okay for our family members to buy drinks and food but nothing else. There was no privacy. I believe that it's not right. Ultimately we who are paying are responsible for our guest if they visit us in our room where we can be comfortable and relax. Because of this policy, we will not be staying at this hotel again eventhough the staff was great overall.

I arrived late from the airport. Unfriendly front desk and I had to leave a security deposit of USD100 (!) for incidentals. Now I read in previous reviews that they try to blame people for existing damage, so I took several pictures of damage in my room as soon as I got there: Curtains did not close and there was a terrace right outside my room, stains on all soft furnishings and on several walls, broken cupboard under the TV. There was no hairdryer in the room and the bedding consisted of only 1 thin sheet. Breakfast was a sad fare with only about 6 things on offer, mostly fried food. No fruit. Upon check-out I mentioned the faults in my room and then had to wait to get my deposit back after somebody went to check the room first. I mean, what kind of practice is this? Do they think I trashed the room in the barely 10 hours I stayed there? I have never seen something like this. Of course I eventually got my money back.

I had a really nice day once again at this lovely hotel it’s one of my favorites whenever I visit Jamaica and fly into Montego Bay. I know the staff and the breakfast is super yummy. Rooms are nice and clean poolside is pleasant.
