I arrived late from the airport. Unfriendly front desk and I had to leave a security deposit of USD100 (!) for incidentals. Now I read in previous reviews that they try to blame people for existing damage, so I took several pictures of damage in my room as soon as I got there: Curtains did not close and there was a terrace right outside my room, stains on all soft furnishings and on several walls, broken cupboard under the TV. There was no hairdryer in the room and the bedding consisted of only 1 thin sheet. Breakfast was a sad fare with only about 6 things on offer, mostly fried food. No fruit. Upon check-out I mentioned the faults in my room and then had to wait to get my deposit back after somebody went to check the room first. I mean, what kind of practice is this? Do they think I trashed the room in the barely 10 hours I stayed there? I have never seen something like this. Of course I eventually got my money back.
