First of all massive 7 hour delay at Birmingham Aiport, to be fair to Tui they gave us £20 on boarding card to spend on food they got a replacement plane eventually but it made it a really long day UK being 6 hours in front of Jamaica. We really do feel this hotel is for the younger generation it was very noisey both around the swim up bar pool and also late at night 1am onwards which woke us on several occasions, at some point of our stay someone vomited in the pool which closed it for cleaning. Don't get us wrong we did enjoy our stay somewhat the restaurants where excellent and the food very enjoyable with good selection in the buffet the other restaurants where ok too, also the staff across the board where above what you expect, servers, housekeepers, entertainers all excellent. Hotel was kept really nice but we felt the room was a little run down open bathroom is a no, our balcony overlooked the loading bay so we did not use it to often and we are not sure if optics in the rooms are a good idea !! Beach was ok not brilliant although we used it everyday drinks service on beach was good thanks to the guys and gals you can walk in both directions across sister hotels beach when you did enter the sea there was seaweed kind of when you got waste deep ! Smoking policy which was supposed to be in designated areas around hotel was not adheared to and on several occasions people was openly smoking and vaping in the open areas also **** was smoked all over hotel even in the lift fgs it was readily available from lads in "canoes" that came into bay. We did Couples Negril last year 100% better than this hotel which reflects in the price we suspect. All the staff that looked after us so well, "a big thank you" food quality was excellent Incessant noise levels at times, smoking policy, this hotel is a adults only not couples so groups of people where there 18 to 30 comes to mind ! Take sea shoes for seaweed, no long trousers are needed in restaurants either. Would we come back no.
