The apartment was fairly clean and decent, what bothered us was the pool was suppose to close at 10:00 and there was a loud party until midnight. There is always bob wire fencing in the back of the unit, so that left us uncomfortable. We were suppose to get transportation to the airport, which did not happen. We barely made our flight and there is absolutely nothing to do in this area!

Booked this place last minute for the last 2 days of our trip. We were pleasantly surprised. Did we see small ants in the kitchen/dining room? Yes but, you have to take some things with a grain of salt. If they weren't previously mentioned, "ants" wouldn't have been mentioned in my review. There's no AC downstairs, but with the ceiling fan on, and the back window/screen door open, there's a constant breeze flowing thru the area so it was never unbearably hot. We stayed in unit#3 and had normal water pressure and frigid AC units in both bedrooms. It was a nice, clean basic 2 bedroom townhouse. Hats off to the Hospitalityexperts!!! They are the people you communicate with and ask any questions about the area or property. They recommend Mystic Thai and it was all that and then some!

Please don’t stay here. These photos are catfish at its finest. When you pull up it looks like you are in a run down village. The nicest place Is the pool. When you check in they try and get you to play all of these fees. The showers have low water pressure. The air hardly works, they also have ants terrible and they are so light you can hardly see them. We also got bit all over. Please take my warning and run.

Where do i begin. There is no AC on the first floor just a broken down ceiling fan stuck on the slowest setting so it feels like you're in a saunas and unfortunately we couldn't enjoy that part of the unit. The room was not cleaned properly or swept, it had sand and clumps of hair that was stuck to the entire circumference of the straw mat on the floor in our room(too bad I couldn't insert a video) the AC in the rooms stop every hour in the middle of the night unacceptable. The water pressure in both bathrooms was so low. The place is out dated, serious ant problem in kitchen, the fridge doesn't work properly, the oven was broken, Goodluck if you do not know how to use a gas stove because you have to light it with a match for it to turn on (which was not provided).. Thanks to Jave the onsite property manager, he was a big help.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Upon my arrival there were several ants in the bathroom and I mean a lot. The back door I could see right outside where the knob was and the refrigerator would not get cold. I sent an email to the property owner stating all the issue. The following morning she contacted me on WhatsApp and I again told her my issues. I finally got to speak to her and boy was she rude. She began the conversation with yelling and screaming at me as if I was her child. She then proceeded to take the issue off her poor service and put it on her staff stating that she was going to fire her. I truly believe she spoke to me that way because I am African American. She thought she was going to be able to speak to me however and that be it. Don’t ever stay here. I wish I would have read more reviews because I would have made another choice. My husband is Jamaican and I have been coming to Jamaica for almost 15 years. This has been the worst experience ever. She will probably a try to respond with her lies but she is a very rude and disrespectful person.

This place was absolutely the worse. The reviews they give this place is bogus. First the pictures they display are from years ago. The place looks nothing like described. The furniture and decor is outdated. The place was not cleaned to Covid Standards. There were ants everywhere.The refrigerator was warm and kept nothing cold. The place smelled liked mildew. The owners wife not sure her name was very rude and unprofessional she treated her staff like garbage. All the locals say she Facesty and evil. The Chef took our food and the Property manager thought he was a ladies man I guess. The outside is deceiving don’t rent from them. The pictures I have are deplorable but this system only allows me to post these.
