I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

The stay here was absolutely amazing! My husband and I decided to spend our 5 year anniversary here and that was probably the best decision ever. I can not wait to go back with our friends in August. The staff has you spoiled rotten and we had a driver by the name of Freeman and he was nothing short of amazing! Can’t wait to go back.

S Hotel excels in cleanliness and organization, the property is immaculately maintained, with meticulous attention to detail evident throughout.
The beach, it's a slice of paradise. The pristine sandy shores provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation and recreation, adding to the allure of the property.
The entertainment team at S Hotel deserves special mention for their outstanding performance. Their communication of the daily schedule was clear, their enthusiasm and genuine concern for guests' enjoyment were palpable.
One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the dining experience, particularly at the buffet. The quality and variety of food surpassed expectations, with each meal a gastronomic delight. While the restaurants were satisfactory, the buffet stood out as a culinary masterpiece.
What sets S Hotel apart from other all-inclusive resorts is its unique ambiance and character. Unlike impersonal, cookie-cutter establishments, this hotel exudes charm and personality, creating a sense of being in a truly special place. This trip was a gift from my husband,a girls trip,for my BFF birthday.the room he booked was an ocean front.it was beautiful,it have a balcony facing the ocean.the beds were comfy.the showers have double shower heads,and it's large.the fridge was full of refreshments/beer. They have a spa onsite ,since we booked through expedia,we have 25% discount on the spa services. Did I said it's an Adult only hotel?yes,it was perfect.we didn't had to listen to unruly kids. We booked an all inclusive.so breakfast,lunch and dinner was served.adult drinks was unlimited.there's a coffee shop, theres a restaurant on the 6th floor,that have amazing oxtail,5th floor have a rooftop/deck bar,with a see through swimming pool.they have a hotel use only beach area and for hotel use beds on the beach for us. We've met Andre (entertainment/events manager), he's the guy who booked our 6th floor restaurant,where that delicious oxtail was served,mmm mmm mmm. My BFF bday was on a tuesday,but we left tuesday , Andre decorated our room with a HAPPY BIRTHDAY and ballons/banners.its was sooo nice of him. If I'm planning in coming back to Montego, I will diffinitely book this boutique hotel again.

This hotel is a dream! From the staff to the ambiance to the hospitality! This was a birthday gift from my bf and her husband. When we first arrived we were warmly welcomed with a Rum punch and an ice cold scented towel to freshen up. Everything is included: drinks 🍹, the food ( a breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet or Jamaican bbq on the poolside, a dinner buffet or two restaurants on the 5th and 6th floor which require a reservation). You have so much to choose from 🩷. They also have a cafe which is open 24/7, where you can choose from coffee, tea, fresh smoothies, cakes, pastries or typical Jamaican Patties. The rooms get cleaned/tightened up twice a day. For my birthday, Andre the Event manger decorated the room to make my experience even better. Everyone is friendly and they do not hesitate to go above and beyond. They also have a private beach you can enjoy from sunrise to sunset, where the sand is immaculate and the water is crystal clear. A special thanks to the whole S-Hotel crew! You guys are wonderful! -until we meet again- ❤️ Tank yuh fi everyting🇯🇲❤️
