We throughly enjoyed our stay at Iberostar. This is our 2nd time coming and we chose this resort destination for our wedding. We loved the food, the accommodations, the entertainment and the staff. The staff (especially Cassandra and Valentine) were awesome and took care of our every need....Our wedding planner (Natasha) kept everything organized and she was a joy as she walked us through every step....I highly recommend this report for you next vacation. Since we were getting married, we stayed at Rose Hall Grand.....Many of our guests stated there as well and many stayed at Rose Hall Suites....

This place is old and needs to be seriously updated. The elevator only worked for one day. Then I had roaches in my room. When the phone would ring a roach would greet me first. To make matters worst I was laying across the bed and noticed something moving . I jumped up grabbed a piece of tissue to kill it and realized it was a bedbug . I went to the front desk to speak with management they informed me that there was nothing they could do about since I booked it through a travel agent . This poor management and poor customer service . AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE

My bestie and I booked this last minute trip to Jamaica to celebrate her birthday and we were just excited to go to Jamaica again but pleasantly surprised by all this property had to offer. Upon our entrance, we were swiftly ushered inside to sit down with Gregory at one of the concierge desks and offered a cool cloth with a delicious beverage! The perks did not stop there as the butler service was explained to us in detail and although we started with Devon and Rennard, who were very welcoming and attentive, when I quickly requested two beds(which was met without trepidation), we did not meet our new set of Butlers(one for the day and one for the evening) until the next day-and they did not disappoint! Christopher and Jaime fulfilled every request with a smile and was happy to escort us around the property when we did not know where things were located. Our room’s decor and location was wonderful and I was so happy to have a scale because I am used to weighing myself daily(it’s the little things that make me happy)! The food was tasty and plentiful. I liked that the buffet had varying themed nights yet maintained Jamaican food staples. We also enjoyed having access to the other properties although we were content with the fact that ours was adults only. The entertainment was cool: loved the DJ in the lobby every night and the ability to literally dance beyond the beyond the bar because of the spacious area! I would absolutely return to this property again and stay much longer. The service and attention to detail was excellent; the amenities and decor was exceptional; and the property grounds were beautiful. Thanks again to Christopher, Jaime, Devon and Gregory for your fine hospitality! Yeh Mon, we love JA and Iberostar!!!

Our butlers, Andre , Rushane and Alain, were excellent! We feel sorry for anyone that did not have the pleasure of meeting them and having them take care of EVERYTHING! So attentive and pleasant. Always with a smile and a good morning or good evening. They made sure we were taken care of at every restaurant and given first class attention. Any request or question was met with “ my pleasure or any thing I can do to make your stay here superb, just let me know”.

Hotel and grounds were great and very well kept. Our butlers Cassandra and Valentine made the experience that much better, made us feel very welcomed and took great care of us. Food was great at all restaurants. Will be returning in the future.

Everything was great. The butlers Orain and Owen were great. The staff was amazing. Beautiful views, great food, and staff was extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely come back for this experience. Jamaica is beautiful. See you soon.

This was one of the best vacations we have had. The service from our butlers Cassandra and Valentine were outstanding! They made my surprise 50th birthday trip amazing. They made sure we celebrated during the entire trip. My husband booked this trip to this property based on previous reviews of their impeccable service and what we experienced was beyond our expectation. We had a wonderful checkin experience with Barrington and our concierge Crystal D was great to work with. The view from our room, property, beach, restaurants and decor were excellent. The customer service was amazing all around. We will be back!

To say this was the best trip we have had would be an understatement, we travel a lot and have never experienced the level of care and service we received on this trip. Orain specifically went above and beyond to take care of us, I’ve never been so sad to leave a trip like I was this time. Orain made sure every single possible thing we could imagine was taken care of every single day. The entertainment crew was amazing as well. Bubbles and Lisa kept us entertained and made us feel like family. We had a party of 30 people for my husband’s 50th birthday, everyone is already making plans to do it again next year! Thanks so much for making this so special.
