Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

From the service upon entering from the Bell Man Silvester to the attentive housekeeper and front desk checkin, our stay was amazing even though it was short. I will be back for our family reunion.

Such a fabulous resort, super relaxing, and full of activities. The resort is really clean and staffed with such kind and caring people who really make you feel welcome and taken care of. We were lucky to have Butlers with our room and I have to say Junior and Leo were the best, so friendly and supportive with a bunch of great advice and daily care. Thank you for taking care of us!

Our return to Royalton, this time in Jamaica, exceeded all expectations. Opting for the Adult side and Diamond Club, every moment from check-in to departure was nothing short of amazing. Jamaicans truly are the friendliest people on earth, and their hospitality made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. A huge thank you to our butlers Ardley and Dexter, with a special shoutout to Dexter for his attentive care, always ensuring we were looked after. The private beach dinner was an absolute highlight, making our experience even more special. And of course, a big shoutout to bartender Shacquille, whose friendly demeanor and expertly crafted drinks added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Royalton continues to impress, and we can't wait for our next visit.

This was an all inclusive resort that pretty much had everything we needed. When booking, we opted for the diamond club which did not disappoint. Our butler, Leo, was a 10/10!!!! He went above and beyond to assure that our needs were met. The word no is not in his vocabulary; instead he would always say "Consider it done". I don't think I would've had such a memorable vacation without Leo.

Property is beautiful. Staff was very friendly they gave great customer service.

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous 10 days at the Royalton Blue Waters in Montego Bay.Our Butlers Judikay and Cerise were lovely making sure we felt special and that we enjoyed lots of little perks and surprises every day especially on my 63rd birthday which we celebrated during our stay. We are beach/ocean people and had no trouble whatsoever getting lounge chairs with palapa shade every day George one of the beach attendants made sure we had all we needed and checked in with his charming island beach vibe every so often to make sure everything was great. The beach is well supervised by the security team and the beach vendors were respectful anytime we politely declined their wares. Sonja was sure to make certain we were provided cold beach drinks and there were lots of dry beach towels available for after swimming. We enjoyed a la carte dining which was arranged for us by our butlers based on our choices and the buffet was also great for us as I am vegetarian for which there were nice healthy selections and my husband enjoyed local lamb and oxtail stews and curries. The entertainment was very good though not every night.We enjoyed especially the two reggae bands we on the main stage. Our one complaint was that on several nights there were "stage wars" between the Blue waters and Hideaway sides of the resort with competing music blaring from the stages such that we could not fully enjoy the vocalist who was amazing. It was also confusing that as diamond club adults we were never entirely sure what amenities were open to us as the Hideaway is adults only but with no diamond club option . That said, all in all a fabulous vacation with lots of fun at the Martini bar and restaurants and the hours melted away on the beautiful beach.

Worst resort I’ve been to in Jamaica! I’ve never been into a resort with such horrible customer service, poor food quality and always running out of everything every time you turn around! We arrived on Monday to Jamaica only if I don’t land at the airport, they lost our baggage once we got to the resort the trip just seem to spiral downhill with disappointment! Celebrating my birthday and they forgot to do the birthday banner the first night we were here forgot it on the second day said that it was unavailable just like everything else there seems to be unavailability for everything Still have no access to our luggage and this resort has nothing in the gift shop for kids or anyone at that matter! It’s all for the age of 80 and up literally clothing the elderly, and you would think being a kids resort you would be able to buy kids clothes ! Wrong! So we spent $130 to go into the town only to become even more disappointed, no sizes no selection all bathing suit cover-up no type of clothing! So we’re stuck at a resort with no clothing, no makeup no personal items and expected to enjoy a vacation! The resort is a huge disappointment being a frequent traveller I can say that I will never be to a royalton resort again ! The food is horrible. They run out of everything every time you turn around they don’t have slushy makers. Their pizza machine is broke. And was unable to order room service as the tv was broke after everything we were going through we couldn’t go for dinner because we had no clothes and when asked for snacks they said we had to go to the store and buy them. They don’t care what kind of experience you’re having. They don’t care whether you’re having a good time they don’t care whether they’re providing you any type of satisfaction they just want your money. That’s all I can see because I am highly unsatisfied and nobody cares about turning around this experience and anyway shape or form. We are travelling with a three year old and not on its own is challenging, but to throw all this at us is just a complete nightmare. I’ve never been to a resort where you are not treated to any snacks! Poor quality all the way around! I would recommend any and everyone to stay far away from this resort because they will do nothing to try to turn your experience around and they certainly don’t live by their code of ethics or protect their brand!

They don't have much entertainment for the family. The pools and pool swim up bars close at 6pm which is to early. After dinner your not left with much to do. The rooms are not good. My refrigerator was broken my son had water dripping in the ceiling light. The lobby has one bar No indoor entertainment.
