This resort is intended for couples or adults to relax. We were traveling for a wedding with a teenager who was bored out of her mind. The activities and food options are extremely limited. However, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked them to teach us some Jamaican line dances and to host a karaoke night, neither of which was on the scheduled agenda. They made both happen seamlessly.

Nice property, questionable food quality, service is average, onsite garden is nice, beach is average and overgrown with sea****s, rooms are in need of updating, coffee bar in room not stocked and I had to continuously request supplied, bath soaps never restocked, I had to use my own, wouldn't restock in room mini bar after I used the initial products, I was told by staff to go down to the bar because I used up my in room products and that was the rule. There were maybe 20 couples in total so all services and food was cut back so it was poor choice by management to cut costs at expense of paying customers. The price should be lower due to offering a lower level experience.

After visiting Jamaica the 8th time I would say, this hotel is just beautiful The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and very calm and laid back the atmosphere felt like home relaxing and having your own amenities so I very much enjoyed my experience there, I will go to Zoetry resort all the time it has become 1 of my favorites now ❤️🥰

The staff and others were extremely hospitable. Rotating menus were great and food was prepared well. It was beautiful weather. Little more windy than we would have liked, but it was overall fantastic. The room and service to the room were great. I would stay again or recommend to others.

My stay at Zoetry Montego Bay was wonderful. It's a lovely, boutique resort that may not have all the amenities you will find in a larger resort, and it makes up for that by having the personal services, getting to know the staff, and being totally taken care of while you are there! I went to recuperate and restore after having had a freak traumatic incident. My Butler, Sheldon, was so much more than I could have expected-he couldn't do enough for me...making reservations, finding safe rides to go into Montego Bay, checking on me and any needs I might have...and so much more! If you go to the spa, Michael was wonderful and really helped my body and soul heal. Nadia, the General Manager heard some of my initial concerns and also made sure that she took care of them. Laetitia, managing the front desks was also very helpful. Almost every staff person there was friendly. It was the perfect place for me to continue my recovery while bringing a sense of peace and total relaxation! The Chef was imaginative with his menus and I was definitely well fed. I'd definitely return and highly recommend it!
