The staff was quite friendly. Simple check on process. My room had a great view and my bed was comfy. It was quiet and relaxing. One thing I would want to see is soaps in the bathroom and a more thorough cleaning process in the shower.

The big apple was in a great location.
The customer services were nil and void.
When asked about missing light bulbs in the room, was told there had no more.
The TV did not work. Again, was told someone would be there to fix it in the morning.
The shower only had cold water.

This property is at a great location but it just need some TLC. The staffing is not great and they have no amenities. No security and you park at your own risk.
