I cannot praise the manager Pietro highly enough! Easyjet cancelled our flight and generally messed everybody about such that it was 05:00 before 46 people descended on this guys hotel. He was clearly in the middle of a refurbishment on some floors but he did everything he could to accommodate us despite there being more people than Easyjet had booked with him! His attention was second to none and the breakfast and lunch he provided was amazing! Highly recommended!
