This Villa was extraordinary and the # one thing that made it amazingly special was the kindness, graciousness, and warmth of all the team members, including, but not limited to Elissa, Francesca (5 star chef to us), Mattia, Masi, our lovely chambermaid, and the groundskeeper. A bonus was the owner and his partner visiting with us during our 4 course dinner one night, so gracious and lovely. There are not enough words to describe the uniqueness and simplicity of this property. It was truly serene, and everything I had ever imagined of what Tuscany would be like. Down to earth luxury. Bellisimo! We are so grateful to have experienced this.

Dimora storica inserita nella meravigliosa campagna Toscana nei pressi di Monteriggioni!!Camere spaziose, accoglienti e ben arredate , bella la spa, ottime le colazioni con prodotti del territorio e cucinati in casa!Personale gentile e accogliente che ha saputo soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza nonostante le avversità meteorologiche abbiano reso il loro compito particolarmente difficile!Un grazie a Elisa che si è sempre relazionata con noi ed è stata un prezioso riferimento!Assolutamente consigliato per una vacanza di relax in un contesto da sogno che ci riporta indietro nel tempo con tutti i confort però!Speriamo di ritornare presto

Elisa and her team were amazing, attending to the finest detail with-out fuss. Our stay was intimate and relaxed, just what we needed after touring some of the bigger destinations. The Hotel is an excellent location to experience what Tuscany has to offer, being a Tuscan Villa restored to the highest standard yet still authentic. The food is incredible and the dinner degustation menu is a must. They catered to my gluten intolerance with-out fuss and the quality is amazing. This Hotel is an excellent choice!

Lovely historic boutique hotel with great views of Tuscany. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite which offered us plenty of space to relax and hangout. Each room is unique due to the nature of this historic building. Daly's breakfast selection is great and the staff is very friendly and supportive. They also offer a farm-to-table dinner which you are strongly recommended to make reservations for. The location is a bit remote but you can easily drive to quite a few nearby towns, including Siena.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans ce superbe hôtel. La bâtisse est magnifique, le lieu est paisible et le personnel d’une gentillesse et d’un service parfait. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé dans une suite, à la décoration simple, mais raffinée. Pourquoi donc que 4 et non 5. Pour les raisons suivantes: Accès: si comme nous vous avez l’idée d’y aller en voiture de sport. Oubliez le chemin d’accès à l’hôtel est dans un état lamentable. Nous n’avons été prévenu par message quelques heures avant!! Pas cool. Nous y sommes arrivés car pas trop basse mais attention à la voiture que vous avez . Repas: alors oui nous sommes des épicuriens. Nous partons en vacances pour découvrir de la bonne cuisine, tout comme nous le faisons en France. Premier soir nous décidons de dîner à l’hôtel!! Catastrophique. Je ne vous conseil absolument pas d’y manger. Le repas est cher 55 euros, pour des assiettes vides, des produits pas de bonne qualités et mal cuisiné. Le petit déjeuner est quand à lui correct, mais pour un 4 étoiles ne pas proposer d’œufs, omelette et jus de fruit frais. Si vous avez des suppléments qui vous sont proposés. C’est une première. Et dernier point négatif. Le seul hôtel qui ne mets pas de bouteilles d’eau à disposition des clients dans la chambre gratuitement. Elles sont payantes. En résumes, vous y passerai un excellent moment, en venant avec un suv 😉, et je vous conseille les restaurants dans un rayon de 15 minutes autour de l’hôtel, où vous mangez une superbe cuisine locale pour moins de 70 euros à deux !! Mai encore merci au personnel pour leur gentillesse !

We had a great stay in this lovely, comfortable boutique hotel made up of beautifully restored old buildings with great views across the Tuscan countryside towards Siena. All members of staff looked after us well and they are obviously very passionate about what they do. The chef, Francesca's, tasting menus were a delight.

From the moment we arrived at Relais La Costa we knew it was special. The warmth of the greeting from the Resident Manager Elisa and her staff made us feel welcomed and valued. The residence itself is a truly magnificent property with every detail catered for. Our luxury suite was beautifully furnished and you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. Elisa even arranged bike hire for us to explore the countryside! - nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the food was incredible - we thanked Francesca the chef as I cannot recommend the 4 course tasting menu highly enough, it was truly special and Mattia is such a great dinner host with advice on the wine list and drinks menu and gave us some interesting facts on how Relais came to be a luxury hotel. A lovely breakfast sets you up for the day and the choice of the spa or the pool or exploring the nearby town of Monteriggioni means you can soak up the Tuscan warmth! - the views from the top of the property are outstanding, you could spend hours just relaxing and listening to the sound of nature, very calming. We cannot thank Elisa and her team enough, we take away memories that will last us a lifetime but we intend to return as once you stay there you will definitely want to return one day. A true Italian gem!

Cet hôtel "isolé" dans la nature est un vrai havre de paix et de raffinement. Le personnel souriant et amical est d'un grand professionnalisme et réactif à nos besoins, et la qualité du petit déjeuner et du dîner très bonne. Nous avons eu la chance et la gentillesse de disposer d'un appartement de 2 chambres au lieu d'une, ce qui fut très appréciable pour ma fille de disposer de son espace. La présence d'une piscine même non chauffée fut vraiment un plus dans une Toscane souvent chaude! A noter qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation dans notre appartement, mais que la structure de cette ancienne bâtisse garantie une température largement supportable.
