Hotel Monterrey Macroplaza Reviews

The location is very good. It is a big square when you go out. The heating is also suitable. Breakfast is eaten at the bar on the first floor. I will stay there in the future. Praise!

Overall good, just a few flaws. The key for the elevator did not work very well The pool in very poor condition.

Very bad facilities, the cost is high for the service it gives, they do not give you what they mention, on the page, very, very bad experience, I will never return.

1 solo elevador (lentísimo) para TODO el hotel hizo el proceso mmmuuuuyyyyy lento! Algunas habitaciones NO funciona el A/C; pedimos cambio y SI nos lo dieron, todo mucho mejor después de eso. No cambian la ropa de cama diario; colchones un tanto duros, muy pocas opciones en TV y todos los canales son analogos y se ven mal (pixeleados) Personal es muy atento, intentan hacer lo mejor con lo que tienen.

Buena ubicación y buen servicio

Didn't like not having acces to the hotels parkin and the room because nobody told me about closin the street foe an wvent ended up having to stay in a diferent place i paid for two nights and only had acces to one night very mad 😠 😡 bad place to stay

There was the minimum of amenities. Two large towels and one hands towel. We were 2 adults and one child. Paid for the breakfast buffet and for drinks it was only coffee, orange juice and water. Limited on fruits and two types of pastries on one out of two days. There were only scramble eggs, chilaquiles, beans, ham and steamed vegtables- day one broccoli, day two zucchini and panela cheese. They also had cold mini pancakes. Maybe from frozen ones. They did serve big quantities, but limited options though. Alson when you add the breakfast buffet, thwy only add 2 people not 3, in our case. Beds had a very thin blanket. Mattress was too hard for our liking, other then that, they were ok

We love the location and indoor brewery at the hotel. The Macroplaza park is across the street. Many stores for shopping are around the corner...everything is walking distance. Great location for a great time in Monterrey, NL.
