Visited this hotel as part of our honeymoon trip. The hotel were so welcoming and made us feel extra special. All the staff here are so nice and remember your name and always greet you with a smile. The room was spacious and the views were stunning. The wildlife trail attached was great for a 2 hour walk and we even spotted a rare snake (not dangerous). The food and drinks are top notch and the new little touches of the hot pools and fire pits add a touch of sparkle and luxury. Would highly recommend but please note you are a 20 min walk into town (up hill on return) or a quick 5 min taxi ride. Don’t let that put you off this hotel!

I just can’t recommend this place enough. The service here is just above and beyond. They helped us with anything we needed. We booked our tours with them and they were all great. We needed laundry done and they provided quick and reasonable service. Marco and his staff were all excellent. Marilyn, Raquel and Lenard went out of their way to help us. The staff called us all by name. Our rooms were beautiful. We had our own outdoor plunge pool on our balcony. Wildlife was everywhere! The setting was stunning. We hope to return someday soon.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The restaurant was very good. We had dinner, lunch, and breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed all of them. Only one downside, there was some kind of noise at night - we think it may have been trees banging against the roof of our room. It was loud enough it kept us up at night.

Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff both at reception and restaurant. Exceptional service. Rooms are beautiful and so clean. Very original set up with rooms spread out around property. Very scenic. It is hard to get to the hotel without transportation but the staff helps with everything and a taxi ride to the town is very inexpensive. So many tours that they arrange for you - all great. Highly recommended.

Outstanding luxury boutique hotel built into the cloud forest. Excellent restaurant, high end room with patios. Quiet and peaceful in the forest. Great central location for cloud forest adventures. Be sure to have a 4x4 as road to hotel is a little bumpy. Wonderful service staff. Can’t recommend highly enough for a family or any traveler.
