房間外面的環境很好，但衞生間設施過於簡單，沒有吹風機、咖啡機、熱水壺、甚至瓶裝水統統沒有衹提供早餐。
不過前台服務態度特別好，每個人都很nice.

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included and was excellent….much better than most complimentary breakfasts.
Short distance to many restaurants, shopping, bars, activities.

The property and room were clean. Staff was excellent both friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were dated. Rooms would benefit from a widow screen or two to allow airflow without worry.

Très étonné par les mauvais commentaires. Au contraire nous avons trouvé l'hôtel confortable pour 2 nuits, avec de l'eau chaude et un petit déjeuner correct. l'accueil est très aimable et l'hôtel est bien placé, pas loin des parc de santa Helena et de Selvatura. Point négatif, l'insonorisation des chambres et le peu de places de parking. Par contre le tour de nuit proposé à la réception pour 35 € ne vaut pas le déplacement, même si l'on vous véhicule aller et retour.

Well situated, decent place to stay to experience Monteverde. The front desk had wonderful preparation to help you learn about things to do in the area. The front desk also was very good at arranging tours, even at the last minute. I was very impressed by a restaurant recommendation they gave, which was, inexpensive, local, and delicious. The Wi-Fi worked, but not for video streaming. Plenty of parking on premise.

Hôtel vieillot et bruyant. Pas de Wifi ni climatisation (mais pas très chaud car un peu en altitude). Salle de bain moyenne. Personnel serviable. Petit déjeuner pas très fourni. Literie un peu molle et étroite. Nous ne le recommanderons pas.
