Posto indimenticabile, location fiabesca immersa nella natura. Colibrì che volano sui fiori ad un metro dalle finestre. Alloggio perfetto, pulito, profumato e accomodante. Servizio impeccabile. Consiglio di migliorare la segnaletica per raggiungere il posto.

Estos lodges son perfectos si lo que se busca es la desconexión total y la inmersión en la naturaleza. The hotel, cabin or whatever you want to call it is far from the town considering that it is 2 km. which is nothing but hilly. The reception is with the kitchen, it is not the right place, it gives a bad impression. The rooms are from at least 38 years ago, with a small sink and in general everything old and damaged. The old beds with bad mattresses, the entrance to the place without paving, the environment is very good, a lot of nature with a path included, the lighting... there is no lighting at the entrance. The cleaning is good but sometimes they forget to put the sink towel. The breakfast is good, adequate. The staff I dealt with two receptionists and some of them disastrous and rude, I asked him for a coffee in the afternoon and he told me that he would charge me a supplement for a simple coffee when in previous hotels we had them free in the room, to take note of the breakfast of How you wanted it did not matter to you, he brought it the other way around or how he liked it, the other perfect, nice and friendly receptionist. With all the assessment and having stayed 4 days/3 nights I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, there are much better and closer ones. A greeting and pure life.

Hotel familiar muy acogedor. Todo super limpio y el desayuno muy bueno y completo. Lo mejor es estar en plena naturaleza, el primer día cerca de la habitación encontramos unos armadillos y una guatusa. Desde el hotel sale un sendero circular muy bonito. Lo recomendamos para pasar unos días tranquilos en plena naturaleza.

we own property in MV and stay here often. excellent staff, great breakfast, beautiful gardens directly in the heart of old MV. you can spend more money to stay in MV but you wont find a better location/staff

Our family of five had the pleasure of staying two nights in Cabin 24. My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. We began planning this trip for spring 2020. And then, because of the pandemic, we postponed it until July 2021. Daniel and Yamal were tremendously helpful in planning our family’s outings. We collected so many memories in the short time we were here — the night tour of the grounds, the guided visit to Monteverde, zip lining, transportation to and from everything. the lunch and pastries at the nearby businesses ... all booked/recommended by Yamal. Having Yamal on your team is basically like having an experienced travel agent there to guide you and keep you from wasting time and money making rookie mistakes. The breakfast included in the overnight stay was a great way to start the day (pancakes with eggs, toast with a choice of breakfast meats, or typical Costa Rican breakfast — and fresh fruit, coffee and fruit juice). If we return to Monteverde we will be checking in to El Bosque.

El hotel , no es hotel sin cabañas en el bosque, una cama, un baño y punto. El entrono es espectacular pero las habitaciones urge reforma, muy antiguas y hace una humedad dentro que te mata . En muy mal estado y sin ningún tipo de servicio, por no tener no tiene ni armarios y cuelgas la ropa y amanece húmeda . Fatal
