Отель расположен хорошо! Близко к центро, остановка в облачный лес прямо на выходе из отеля.
К сожалению у нас был нехороший опыт, нас заселили в номер не той категории, далее долго разбирались и переселили.
Далее не работала горячая вода , нам предложили помыться в соседнем номере (это некомфортно, но лучше чем не мыться).
Больше всего огорчил персонал (один из мальчиков человек на ресепшене дружелюбный. Но тот , кто встретил, показывала все видом и бездействие, что нас тут не ждут.
Девушки на завтраке, так же ведут себя так, что страшно, кушать еду выставленную на завтрак.
Только в крайний день были люди (видимо управляющие), которым Важно их дело.
Прошу обратить на это внимание хозяев отеля и обучить свой персонал работть.

We hadden een mooie kamer geboekt volgens het plaatje en de beschrijving, maar we werden weggestopt in de kelder zonder ramen. Meerdere keren ons beklag gedaan maar ze konden er niks aan doen. Ook op een reductie in prijs gingen ze niet in. Rond uit schandalig.

We rented 2 rooms, one room was ok but the other one had no windows and was smelling very strongly like mold. Unfortunately the staff was not able to find us another room and we had to change the hotel last minute. They were not very helpful in finding a solution and directed us to ******* for help. ******* refunded the rooms and helped us find a better hotel last minute.

Hotel Casa Madonna was inexpensive and very clean; it was a great place for the money. ******* screwed up our reservation. We reserved a very specific room and took a picture of it with our reservation. When we got to Casa Madonna, ******* had booked the wrong room. Hotel Casa Madonna staff changed rooms for us and made a bad situation good.

The property is clean, beds are extremely comfortable and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. The only problem is the motorcycle culture in monteverde and the proximity to the road makes it kind of noisy at night.

Vi havde en rigtig god oplevelse med Casa Madonna. Det er et lille og godt beliggende hotel 150 meter fra byen. Hotellet er af lidt ældre dato, og det kan både ses og mærkes nogen steder. Vi har givet det 4 stjerner, sammenholdt med prisen.
