This was a good place to overnight in Monte Verde! Staff was super helpful and the cooked to order breakfast was a treat!

Staff were super helpful.
Most people travel by motorcycle and they whizz up and down the street outside all times of day or night. Take earplugs.
Breakfast was ok. Not very extensive.
Problem with ants in our room.

We stayed here for two nights. The room was very nice, with a modern bathroom and high-quality amenities. Excellent breakfast is provided with a fruit plate, coffee, juice, and several choices of hot breakfast. Staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful in booking cloudforest tours. Highly recommended.

The staff is great , told us about the area and explained how far things were. Also contacted our zip line company to double check pick up for us. Rooms were as expected, clean and comfy. For the price can’t beat it

Notre chambre donnait juste au dessous de la salle de restaurant. C'était un cauchemar de bruit du matin très tôt jusqu'au soir. De plus c'était très sombre. Zéro intimité. Il fallait être avec la lumière même en plein jour.
Le petit déjeuner est quelconque.
Je n'ai vraiment pas aimé mon séjour dans cet établissement.

Place is definitely a place to stay, whole staff is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Best sleep to have after a long day. Distance from center is not far and also is it close to Monteverde park. Roads are a hassle to get there. Food is delicious.

Nicely renovated place with friendly and helpful staff. You could choose your breakfast from a few options which was nice. We booked a couple tours with the hotel's help and it all worked well! The room was a bit small but clean, and the bathroom was rather recently renovated. The parking area was a bit tight.
