Excellent room, view and location (50 meters from Shopping Punta Carretas). Although there is a parking option, spaces are limited and the optional one is about 3 blocks from the hotel. Loaded or with rainy days it is a complication. They charged me 10% when leaving when my rate said “all taxes included” (a negative detail that has no major impact). Very complete breakfast.

Estuve dos noches, la primera no me arreglaron el cuarto y cuando fui a reclamar me dijeron que la mucama ya se había ido, el muchacho de recepción muy atento me llevó toallas y le regalo un jugo a mi hijo. La segunda noche el cuarto lleno de hormigas, en la Coca cola y unas pizzas que había comprado. Bajé a la recepción y tomaron nota pero no me dijeron nada. Regale la plata

Good coffee, good room size. There were a lot of ants in the "kitchen" part. Bathroom in need of renovation. Great location near the Punta Carretas shopping mall. Acoustics could be better, we heard the neighbor snoring lol.

Ajudei minhas amigas a fazer a reserva neste hotel que se diz 4 estrelas. Os funcionários da recepção merecem esta nota jà o hotel foi a maior decepção. O layout do quarto é péssimo. As camas ficam enviasadas face a largura.Ar condicionado nao funcionou de acordo ( malgrado haver chamado assistencia por mais de quatro vezes) e o banheiro tinha mal odor. Travesseiros vencidos. A limpeza do quarto estava ok. Para 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar.Na decolar informa que tem campo de golfe mas no booking informa com mais precisão que o campo de golfe esta a 3 km e com custo adicional.

Super well located hotel, close to the Punta Carretas shopping mall, supermarket, snack bars, church, beach, everything very close and easily accessible!! Incredible breakfast, cleanliness, wonderful room size with minibar, microwave and table to eat with chairs…only the gym has no equipment, just a treadmill, bike, elliptical and dumbbells, but I managed to do it!! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!!

We stayed in Montevideo for a week as part of a longer vacation. This hotel is close to shopping, dining, and the beach. Everything about the hotel was excellent. You don’t need a car as Uber is readily available and reasonably priced. Even though this is an upscale neighborhood, you do need to be cautious.

Es un hotel prolijo, nos tocó una habitación muy correcta con una vista muy linda al shopping y de fondo el Río de la Plata. Estaba todo limpio y era cómodo. Ideal para una escapada o estadía de negocios. El desayuno muy bueno y completo. La única contra es que el estacionamiento es muy chico es pago y es difícil encontrar disponibilidad, pero encontramos en la calle muy cerca. La zona es muy buena a media cuadra del shopping a 3 de la rambla y cerca de muchos locales, restaurantes y comercios.
