"The accommodation was very convenient as it was right in front of the bus stop and less than 100 meters from a large department store, but the downside was that the facilities were old, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and most of all, the heater didn't work well even though it was midwinter. "The hotel is located right next to Plaza Independencia. Overall, the hotel is a bit dated; some outlets are loose, and some walls are a bit dirty. For some reason, the water in the indoor pool was around 40 degrees Celsius. You can't cool off in it, even though there's a sauna right there and after using it, you'd want to dip into a cooler pool."

"A nice hotel, stylish rooms, bar, good gym, small pool, located on the seafront. Unfortunately some serious service issues: very slow service at breakfast, forgetting orders. Also we asked them to book a restaurant for us on Christmas Eve which they confirmed and when we arrived..no booking. Disorganized and unprofessional. Shame as it’s a cool place."
