Hotel de 2 estrelas. Não possui box no banheiro, ou seja, após o banho, todo o banheiro fica molhado.
O colchão era demasiadamente mole, o que pra mim, foi doloroso.

As críticas não deveriam ser usadas para agressões verbais e sim para a melhoria do estabelecimento. No meu caso compramos o pacote pela CVC e não foi exatamente o que compramos. O registro quente do chuveiro fica quase impossível de fechá-lo de tão quente, chega a queimar os dedos, a bancada da entrada realmente é cheia de alfajor, vinhos,bolachas e afins, não tem espaço para assinas as fichas de entrada. O banheiro tem uma aba somente de vidro onde molha o mesmo todo, perigoso até escorregar, as toalhas são bem finas de tanto usar. O café da manhã é bom.

Holtel modesto pero justo, ofrece un desayuno incluido muy rico y variado, ubicado a 6 cuadras de la Plaza Independencia y casco histórico y a una de la Av. 18 de julio. Es fácil comunic**** con el transporte público y su personal fue muy atento y amable.

Péssimo hotel! Difícil acreditar que tenha 3 estrelas. Começando pela recepção: funcionárias grosseiras e impacientes, balcão cheio de coisas pra vender tipo vinhos, alfajors...mal tinha lugar pra assinar. Local escuro. Elevador apertado e cheio de propagandas de lanchonetes e outros restaurantes fora do hotel. Hall de acesso aos quartos escuro Tb. Quarto um lixo....tudo nesse hotel é velho....vidro da janela sujo, lençóis e toalhas de péssima qualidade e polidos, frigobar caindo aos pedaços. Paredes sujas. Banheiro é um show de horrores. Louças cor de rosa da década de 60 mal conservadas e todos os rejuntes pretos de sujeira, box minúsculo com um cano de chuveiro e cortinas que nada adiantam....um nojo tudo. Porta do banheiro com cupim e já com retalho na barra. Muito ruim mesmo esse hotel. Absurdo sairmos do Brasil pra ficarmos num hotel como esse. NÃO O RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM!!!!! Fotos enganam a todos nós.
