I had two issues with my room (bed and air conditioner). It took one day to change me to another room. But after that, everything was OK. Very good location. Nice room.

Me hospedei várias vezes aqui mas a idade do hotel aparece na estrutura pouco conservada. O café também não está como antes. Um bom hotel ainda mas abaixo do padrão excepcional de años atras

O ponto alto do hotel é a localização. Quase ao lado do shopping, a poucos metros da rambla e perto de vários restaurantes e cafés. Local tranquilo, bonito e seguro. O hotel é limpo e o quarto confortável (pegue o superior ou peça um upgrade, pois o standart tinha uma disposição bem estranha). O atendimento do Walter é um grande destaque também, super atencioso.
Só não leva nota 10 pela precariedade do café da manhã, que realmente é muito fraco para um hotel desta categoria.

Punta Carretas is perhaps the best neighborhood in Montevideo, safe and neat, close to the beach, park, shopping, and good restaurants. Perfectly located in Punta Carretas is the Bit Design Hotel, which truly lives up to the 'design' in its name. Beautiful reception, lovely rooms, everything in perfect order. Especially the receptionist on duty in the afternoon-evening was incredibly sweet and helpful. But everyone was friendly and smiling. Bit Design Hotel deserves our warmest recommendation.
