A nice hotel, stylish rooms, bar, good gym, small pool, located on the seafront. Unfortunately some serious service issues: very slow service at breakfast, forgetting orders. Also we asked them to book a restaurant for us on Christmas Eve which they confirmed and when we arrived..no booking. Disorganized and unprofessional. Shame as it’s a cool place.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and my overall experience remains very satisfactory. The service quality is consistently excellent; the front desk staff are efficient and polite, making check-in quick and smooth. The room, as always, was clean and comfortable, with fresh bedding ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities are well-maintained, showing the hotel's dedication to its operations. The breakfast was still plentiful, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that both the taste and variety have improved since my last visit.

Hotel Costanero Montevideo - MGallery is located in Pocitos, right in front of Pocitos beach. The hotel has a modern contemporary interior design, and it is beautifully decorated. The hotel is situated about 35 minutes
drive to Carrasco International Airport.
We stayed Hotel Costanero Montevideo - MGallery for 1 night, and I must say that the services provided exceeded our expectations. From the customer service representatives at the reception, bar, and all the staff at Cauce made our stay very comfortable and felt welcomed.
Breakfast is served at Cauce restaurant located on the 1st floor overlooking the beach and breakfast menu exceeded our expectations. There are a variety of croissants and pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, yoghurt, and coffee. We were given 2 complimentary welcome drinks at the bar.
The swimming pool and sauna are located on the 2nd floor and are clean and new. The gym is new and equipped with modern cardio and weight equipment.
Our room is a king-size room overlooking the beach on the 3rd floor. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is modern, and the bed linen and towels were impeccable. We can enjoy the seaview by lying on our bed.

What a beautiful city! The beachfront hotel offers a sea view right from the start. The breakfast was also good, with delicious bread and a lovely juice. The waiter was very welcoming and even taught me how to use yerba mate – my first time trying yerba mate!

This is a great hotel in Montevideo, Uruguay. The breakfast is very rich and the service is very good. This is my second stay. Of course, the hotel facilities are still not as good as those of first-class hotels in China.
