L’hôtel est bien même si tout est très étroit, mais le plus important dans un hôtel c’est le personnel qui doit avant tout être chaleureux et respectueux.
Dans cet hôtel (choisi parce que petit avec très peu de chambres), c’est exactement l’inverse : le personnel ne dit même pas bonjour le matin, aucun respect ! Ils n’en ont rien à faire des clients, ils sont juste là pour donner une clé ! En terme de communication ils ont tout à apprendre !
N’y allez jamais, c’est une catastrophe !!!

Wonderful small hotel in the heart of the Old City with extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff. We had paid for an early check in and when we arrived the room they gave us had not, in fact, been cleaned. They then immediately upgraded us to a larger room and gave us tickets to the Carnival competition at the Summer Theatre (the tickets are not expensive, but it was a very nice gesture). Since we'd just spent 24 hrs traveling, we appreciated being able get into a room early. Breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and pastries etc. was fine and filling. We enjoyed the hotel's location across the street from the Port Market and an easy walk to many of the attractions in the Old City. The nicest artisan craft shop we saw in the city is only a block away. The bed was a real king-sized bed and the AC worked very well. We would definitely recommend for a few days in Montevideo.

Staff was nice enough but place was smelly and run down with bad music coming through the wall from the neighbor. The market next door was only for barbecue restaurants and tourist items. Not an actual market. We left after one night ASAP. The area has potential to come back to life some day and it really should since it is full of historic jewels that have been neglected.

1. The neighborhood is dangerous after 10 pm
2. You only get 1 roll of toilet paper per day and no facial tissues
3. it's noisy
4. the breakfast is mediocre
Suggestion: look for a place along the southeast coast of Montevideo

The hospitality of this hotel is unmatched by anything I am used to in latin America. There was an issue at the parking garage and the staff made every effort to remedy it and were overly apologetic by the short wait we had. I would recommend staying here to anyone you're really in great hands and the location couldn't be better. As a bonus! There is a large parking garage.

Horrivel! Local bem escuro e deserto a noite! Fiz o check in e quando entrei no quarto e vi a parede toda mofada, desci e fiz o check out, peguei o taxi e fui para outro hotel descente! Não se iluda com as fotos!

Hotel bem localizado no centro velho em frente ao mercado. Boa acomodação, café da manhã razoável, estacionamento ao lado, porem cobrado a partir da segunda diária. Isso tem que ficar claro no aplicativo. O estacionamento não é gratuito, somente a primeira diária
