The rooms were clean, very comfortable. The service was good, and the location was ideal. The staff was helpful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Good enough facilities available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

No refrigerator, ironing board without an iron. No toiletries. (These were listed as provided.) 1/2 roll of toilet paper, door wouldn't close or lock properly. No knob on bathroom door. will attempt to post a photo.

Everything was not good. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom, dirty sticky refrigerator and area dont seem safe.

Filthy. I tried to clean it but it was absolutely disgusting. The final straw was lifting the bed cover to see stained sheets. I handed the key back and left. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!!! This place should be shut down. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This is the first time that I have ever lost my money and paid to stay elsewhere. It really is that bad.

Everything was NASTY. There was a big pile of dirt in the shower, there were cockroaches, I woke up and had bites all over me, not sure what from. We slept uneasy all night but it was non refundable so we stayed. We woke up and left at about six in the morning, went to turn right and there was a bunch of cops and a dead body laying in the street. Heck of a way to wake up, for sure. When I booked I thought it was in prattville, and it was downtown Montgomery. It was awful.

There was a large bug on the bathroom floor. Bed looked as though it had been slept in before I got there. The room door didn’t lock. This is a ghetto place to stay in downtown Montgomery. Pictures don’t match actual room conditions.
