Lieu magnifique, repas qualitatif (petit déjeuner et diner), très bien placé à Montignac, et personnels très sympa. Petit plus, la piscine chauffée ! A refaire

Lieu historique et accueil fantastique. bien placé, il permet de rayonner dans le Périgord.de Sarlat à Brives ou Perigueux. Piscine chauffée très agréable et petit déjeuner excellent. facile à se garer juste devant.

Nous avons passé une très belle nuit. Petite chambre "sous le cerisier" la nmr 22. Plancher en bois... tres belle et bonne literie. Salle de bain petite maison confort. Il manquait des prises mais tout y était. Présence d'une jolie piscine intérieure. Petit déjeuner très bien servi et copieux. Au final un très bel endroit qui mérite ses 4 étoiles.

Expérience absolument désastreuse, séjour de deux nuits, on nous explique lors de notre arrivée que la chambre que nous avons réservé n’est pas disponible malgré la confirmation téléphonique qu’on m’a donné il y a un mois. On nous installe donc dans une chambre de standing inférieur… surprise lors du Check-out: la facture est inchangée nous paierons le même prix que pour la chambre plus prestigieuses que nous n’avons pas eu! Tout simplement hallucinant, manque de professionnalisme de la part du management, pas une excuse, pas un geste commerciale et pas de réponse à mon e-mail de réclamation. Une grande blague. Sympa le restaurant avec la mort au rat qui traîne à droite à gauche en salle. À éviter à tout prix

Nous avons fait plusieurs heures de route avec notre bébé pour arriver dans cet hôtel, après avoir fait une réservation via le site Booking. Résultat : une chambre qui ne correspondait absolument pas aux critères indiqués lors de la réservation, pas de baignoire, pas de lits supplémentaires et chambre bien plus petite. Nous avons demandé un geste commerciale et la direction n'a absolument rien fait. Le suivi client est lamentable pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous avons fait une réclamation par e-mail comme nous l'avait indiqué la réceptionniste, cela fait 3 semaines et nous n'avons toujours aucune réponse. Côté restaurant, nous avons eu la chance de prendre notre dessert/digestif juste à côté d'un cube de mort au rat posé au niveau du lavoir en pierre, ce qui reste problématique pour un hôtel de ce prétendu standing.

Très bel Hôtel situé dans un bâtiment classé Monument Historique, juste devant la Vezere.
Personnel très aimable et de bon conseil.
Hôtel superbement décoré, avec goût et raffinement, tout comme les chambres dont les moindres détails ont été pensés par l’architecte d’intérieur.
Magnifique et vaste chambre, bien équipée, notamment avec des produits cosmétiques de qualité.
Sympathique piscine.
Parking devant l’hôtel.
Un superbe hôtel, raffiné, à conseiller sans aucune restriction !
