nice room and good price , although near road but very quiet .

Front desk clerk very nice and helpful. I purchased room through a third party trip.com and apparently information was missing.. for instance I prepaid for room and room included breakfast. Fortunately the clerk helped me out and I got my breakfast and room prior purchase confirmed..

Diamond members booked a room late got rate and used points everything was confirmed when arrived front desk clerk Will proceeded to tell me he had to charge me for an additional half day rate because I used points. When booking was told none of this and that I was good to go. Worst customer service especially to someone that uses the Hilton brand very frequently.

Stayed here 1 night and was pleasantly surprised. Everybody from the shuttle pickup driver to the front desk and bartender were extremely nice and very helpful. Rooms were large, comfortable, and the beds had quality linens and covmforters. .Would definitely recommend.

Dripping sound that I could not find. In room 518 near the coffee maker.
