"We stayed here for a concert and got that kind of late so we called the front desk from our room to request a late check out the lady told us it was going to be $25 and we agreed that we would leave by 3:00. The next morning the fire alarm went off at 9:00 a.m due to the negligence of a man repairing the wall in the lobby and woke us up and then at 12:02 a lady was banging on our door telling us they had no record of us requesting a late check out and argued with us through the door. At that point we were so frustrated that we just left and we had to go verify with the front desk that we didn't get charged for late check out as we left around 12:15 complimentary breakfast and service was abhorrent"
