The location is excellent. It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.

Great hotel, right opposite the train station and within walking distance to Comedie and the old town. Recently refurbished by the looks of it. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and modern too! Only downside was that there was no bottled water (although tap water is drinkable) and also limited coffee supplies. Check in was pretty straight forward. There was roadworks outside during our stay but it didn’t bother us as they weren’t on whilst we were sleeping.

The advantage here is that it is cheaper and sanitary, but the disadvantage is that the bathroom is relatively small. The environmental score is low because-almost stolen before entering the hotel! Because self-driving cars have to park on the other side of the square (in fact, it’s only a 5-minute walk, but there is no elevator in the public parking lot, so you have to pick up the boxes from the underground by yourself), we have been out for more than ten days, two large boxes and two small boxes of luggage- Passing through the square should be too big a target, so unfortunately I was targeted-at the last moment when I entered the hotel door, the two female thieves went one after the other, and when I subconsciously turned back, the back hand was already touching my schoolbag...turning back When I checked in, I asked the front desk how the security was like this-he bluntly said that the place was very safe-the problem is that according to our observations over the next two days, it was a group of gypsies who usually occupies the intersection next to the hotel! Focus on tourists! Is it possible that the locals in the hotel can't not see? It didn't even explain anything that caught our attention! I regretted it for two nights-because of the accident that happened on the first day, we completely lost the idea of visiting the city-we drove out of the city

We stayed for just one night, having spent the previous night in a Best Western for the same price - maybe that was our mistake as we were disappointed. Parking is easy which is a plus, and location is good - quick walk to the centre for all restaurants and shops. Room very small with a lingering smell of smoking - I appreciate it is a no smoking hotel, but as a non- smoker someone had clearly been smoking. Minimal tea/coffee tray - 1 teabag, 1 sachet caffeinated coffee, 1 sachet decaf, 2 sachets sugar. No milk. All felt a bit old and jaded, much how I felt after a stay here.

The pros: Has a pool. Ok rooms and sleeping quality. The cons: The lunch by the pool was a joke. Expensive beyond belief with very little selection (just attempted ”posh” food). It took 45 minutes to get the food (there were 2 other customers at the same time). And once it arrived half of it was cold (proper cold... not just luke warm). Half of the dishes were mixed up (wrong conduits). The meat was dry and not a chance in hell that the pork served was real Iberico. We got half price of as compensation, should have been 100%. Just have the lunch elsewhere. The pool area is too small, there are only about 10 sun chairs which are constantly occupied. And here's the worst thing; they put a deposit of 300 EUR on your card. This deposit is not lifted until your bank decides that it's taken too long time for them to claim the money (2 weeks in my case). I went back to the hotel to ask them where the fk my money was, but they gave me copies of the ”lift” receipt. Doesn't help me, they are still not doing it right. I have had deposits put on my card tons of times and it has always been lifted the day you check out. This is not a ”party” hotel in Ibiza, why would you have a deposit in a 4 star hotel? It is just tacky, borderline pathetic. Just do not accept them putting any deposit on your card, there is no reason for it.
