All good but the rooms are small :) the hostel is newly renovated.

The hostel is very clean.

The location is excellent. It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.

I stayed here a couple nights, overall okay. The beds are cubicles that provided good privacy, not such good for ventilation. The hostel is pretty unique, with an attached restaurant and outside seating, plus a downstairs party room. Bathroom can get crowded during rush periods when multiple people are trying to use.

staff were excellent and extremely helpful and all spoke english really well. rooms were well cleaned and looked nice. the hostel is right next to a tram stop so you can get anywhere in the city pretty easily. hostel is 5 minute walk from place de la comedie which has great restaurants and there are some convenience shops nearby for snacks and drinks. rooms were a bit cramped for 6 person dorms and no air conditioning, only a small electric fan, so it can get extremely hot. bunk beds were wooden boxes just under 2 metres length so if you are tall it will be cramped. on weekends the club next to the hostel and the people can get really loud so it was hard to fall asleep after 11:45pm.

The room's space is really too small with six people. It's so hard to sleep well since there is no air condition in the room...

The hostel was really nice and the staff was super friendly. But don’t pay more for a women’s only dorm because I did and was still put into a mixed dorm.

Lovely hostel with friendly staff, clean and modern. At 5'9/175cm I did feel the bunks were a little short, as either my head or feet were constantly hitting off one side, so anyone over 6' might find this a bit annoying.

I book through *********** a female dormitory room and am assigned a bed in a male dormitory room. They don't inform you (due to occupation or whatever of the error until I realized it myself). What a deception: we don't tell him to see if it works! They do not respect the client's preferences in this aspect (which I unfortunately experienced). They don't care if your privacy is violated or if you feel uncomfortable. I reported it to the Reception immediately but, with a "sorry", I don't know how to solve things. They also do not offer you alternatives and/or compensation for the serious mistake committed. I look for the customer service area on ***********'s website and of course, 24 hours later, they tell you that they are going to contact the establishment and time passes and they don't do anything either. Normally, they have your money and they don't care at all about the client themselves. How unpleasant it has been! What unrest! This is how they go about offering services and giving the opposite. The hostel zero compensation. ***********, does not offer either! A very bad experience.

Youth hostel where dormitory occupancy is optimized to the maximum! The beds are stacked on top of each other, we sleep confined in a wooden box. An experience we would like to do without. The number of people in the room requires us to sleep with the window open, we find ourselves at 7:00 in the morning enjoying the jackhammer or leaving the nightclub at 5:30 in the morning.

The receptionist made too many mistakes during check-in and was not welcoming. the a**osphere of the maje is not welcoming. there are no towers, there is no place where others can interact with each other. It doesn't look like a hostel. it feels like a cramped and isolated hotel

I stayed at the Maje hostel for 2 nights and I had a great time! Perfect location to reach the center, but also the train station. My room was for 6 people, with two showers and a toilet inside. Good cleanliness and very friendly staff! However, I would recommend lending the locks (perhaps asking for a small deposit) rather than selling them, and also providing at least 1 towel for the shower.
