Great location, don’t bother with breakfast. Follow the tips… Ask for a group tram 24 hour ticket, it is cheaper than two singles. Don’t bother with breakfast it’s very basic. Balcony’s can’t really be used apart from drying clothes as overlooked from street.

Petit déjeuner servi dans la grande salle de restaurant. Variété et qualité des mets sont au rdv… en fait tout pourrait être réuni pour passer un agréable dimanche matin si…. Hélas si…. Pamela avait été sympathique… cette jeune femme n’avait pas envie, n’était pas d’humeur et ça se voyait tellement que l’on c’est sentis très vite mal à l’aise… Quel dommage car le responsable lui, était très agréable! Peut être serait-il temps de faire une petite formation à Pamela sur le contact client

Hôtel très bien situé au pied de la mairie et du quartier de Port Marianne au bord du Lez. Tramway au pied de l'hôtel à destination du centre ville, des gares St Roch ou Sud de France et de l'aéroport. Personnel très aimable et de bon conseil. Grande chambre très clair donnant sur le Lez, excellente literie et oreillers très confortable, lit king size appréciable. Belle salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très varié. Bref un bel hôtel et une très bonne expérience.
