Petit déjeuner servi dans la grande salle de restaurant. Variété et qualité des mets sont au rdv… en fait tout pourrait être réuni pour passer un agréable dimanche matin si…. Hélas si…. Pamela avait été sympathique… cette jeune femme n’avait pas envie, n’était pas d’humeur et ça se voyait tellement que l’on c’est sentis très vite mal à l’aise… Quel dommage car le responsable lui, était très agréable! Peut être serait-il temps de faire une petite formation à Pamela sur le contact client 😊

Hôtel très bien situé au pied de la mairie et du quartier de Port Marianne au bord du Lez. Tramway au pied de l'hôtel à destination du centre ville, des gares St Roch ou Sud de France et de l'aéroport. Personnel très aimable et de bon conseil. Grande chambre très clair donnant sur le Lez, excellente literie et oreillers très confortable, lit king size appréciable. Belle salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très varié. Bref un bel hôtel et une très bonne expérience.

Hôtel réservé pour une nuit, pour une étape de voyage. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil est parfait. Le check-in réalisé, direction la chambre. La chambre est propre et bien équipée, la salle de bain est parfaitement fonctionnelle. Un grand placard, idéal pour ranger ses affaires, est associé a un minibar, un coffre fort, et tout le nécessaire pour se faire une infusion. Coté restaurant, c'est un régal. Personnel sympathique, avenant, dans un joli cadre. Les plats servis sont très bien cuisinés, bien présentés et délicieux. Cet hôtel possède un arrêt minute en surface, qui permet de déposer les valises, puis un parking (payant) pour stationner de manière sécurisé. Le tout étant situé aux abords du Lez, et a 15 minutes a pied de la Place de la Comédie Visité du 11 au 12 Février.
