J'avais réservé une chambre classique mais à notre arrivée à l'hôtel On a donné une grande chambre très spacieuse,n124 d'ailleurs je remercie Mme camélia car c'est elle qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée elle nous a même donné la chambre à 12h30 on était très contentes car on était très fatiguée comme on a fait le voyage de nuit et aussi c'est fait elle qui a fait le check out à notre départ elle était très gentille, souriante et très professionnelle

Une horreur . Hotel en pleins travaix , sans etre prealablement informés. Avec chambres au prix fort. Du coup petit dejeuner dans autre etage dans 3 chambres dégagées équipées de tables avec contenu plus que simpke font œufs brouillés issus de poudre. Chambres standards exigues . Eco-responsable avec lumieres allumees dans parties communes en plein soleil.

I stayed for 3 nights last week whilst travelling on business. The hotel is situated about 20 mins walk from the main area. Convenient for business travel, less so if on vacation. It's 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. All staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful. WiFi is available. The hotel is basic, rooms are clean. I stayed in a suite, which was quite large. There was a fridge with a bottle of water. A nesspresso machine with 2 pods, and a couple of teas. The kettle was pretty disgusting, clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time and had white sludge in the bottom. There was a decent sized safe, and plenty of storage. The bed was large and comfortable. There was a large TV. The bathroom had double sinks, a decent shower with Rituals shampoo and shower gel. A hair dryer was available. Breakfast was provided with mostly continental options, which were fine. There was a small bar and a shop available with options that could be microwaved in room. There was also a small pool, which I believe was closed. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and easy access to tram stops. Overall, the hotel suited my needs. I would be happy to stay again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le personnel est très aimable et accueillant. chambre suite spacieuse, bien rénovée. excellente literie dans lit principal. Seul bémol, le canapé lit 1 personne moins confortable Chambre et hôtel très moderne Très propre, bien insonorisée très bien situé. parking en sous-sol, très pratique.

Hotel Novotel padrao. Staff do hotel reduzido mas simpatico. Perdemos um pouco por estarem passando por reformas e por nao ligarem o ar condicionado central nesta epoca do ano por entenderem ser desncessario por conta da estacao. Tivemos que dormir com janela aberta todos os dias pra porque internamente o quarto fica muito quente. O hotel tem quarto com bom tamanho e banheiro minusculo. Minusculo mesmo. Cama e rouparia boa qualidade, Tv com canais internacionais. Estacionamento local interno (10 euros) . O hotel nao fica perto do centro historico mas a redondeza tem seu charme mais moderno. Um pavilhao de bons restaurantes a bons preços bem proximo e uma esplanada com um cenario universitario. Fica a facil acesso de carro. Gostamos da experiencia, mas sugerimos ao hotel a ligar o ar condicionado nesta epoca do ano. Dentro do quarto fica quente e estraga a experiencia.

Hotel pas mal mais en travaux. Il aurait été préférable de fermer l’hôtel pendant cette période. Petit déjeuner très mal aménagé, pas de hall d’accueil, pas de bar, salle de fitness hors d'age.

j'ai aimé : La situation de l'hôtel car il est en plein centre ville ainsi que la grandeur de la chambre qui offre un espace important. La possibilité de pouvoir garer son véhicule sur place. Le personnel qui fait ce qu'il peut visiblement.. N'a pas aimé · Le fait d'être placé devant le fait accompli, une fois la réservation faite d'apprendre que l'hôtel est en travaux.. La très mauvaise indication pour accéder à l'accueil de l'hôtel, Le fait de devoir payer 10€ supplémentaires pour le parking car ce n'est pas stipulé sur les site que le parking est payant... La pauvreté de l'offre de service de restauration "room service". De plus absence de pince à pain pour se servir ? Hygiène ? Le fait d'être réveillée en pleine nuit vers minuit du fait du déclenchement intempestif de l'alarme incendie de l'hôtel et de devoir quitter la chambre pour regagner l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Il est à noter un dédommagement après réclamation de 30€ pour pallier les dysfonctionnements rencontrés 158€ moins 30€ de ristourne. Franchement ? Dans pareille occasion ? Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
