Voilà un joli petit hôtel "cosy" dans un cadre calme et préservé. Les chambres sont propres et bien tenues. Le plus: jardin arboré dans l'arrière cour, petit-déjeuner varié et de qualité, literie confortable. Le moins: pas d'ascenseur...

Hotel très calme. Le quartier des Arceaux est un quartier pittoresque se trouvant à quelques minutes du centre ville. Nous avons pu nous rendre à pied en ville. Présence de moyen de transports à proximité. Hotel très calme. Accueil chalereux et petit déjeuné copieux. A recommander...

A friendly small, comfortable hotel with modern rooms set in a pair of period houses. Underground parking round the corner, which is a big plus so close to the city centre. Steep steps up to the door and no lift in the building but the staff are eager to help with the luggage if required. Outlook at the front over the arched water conduit which used to supply the city. Easy walking to the city centre through the magnificent Peyrou park. Nice and quiet and good restaurants in the vicinity.

Quaint hotel with a family-run, personalized feel. Historic building tastefully renovated. Woman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing- prepared to order. Close to central Montpellier. Farmers Market across the street was full of vendors and foods.

Je déconseille cet hôtel après un court séjour d’une nuit pour deux raisons principales: 1/ la toute première est que nous passions avec notre bébé en bas âge (12 mois) et nous avons osé demander à la réceptionniste d’emprunter la table dans la salle à manger pour dîner avec ma femme alors que notre enfant dormait. La réceptionniste et la propriétaire ont refusé de nous laisser manger dans leur salle (nous sommes des gens civilisés et on sait nettoyer une table). je me suis entretenu un court instant avec la propriétaire pour expliquer notre situation. Elle n’a rien voulu savoir… Nous avons du dîner sur le bout de notre lit, dans le noir et aux risques de perturber notre bébé. Nous aurions souhaité plus d’humanité et de compréhension. 2/ la literie est de mauvaise qualité. J’ai dormi avec un trou dans le sommier. Le sèche cheveux est à revoir aussi. A renouveler le matériel au prix des chambres. Cordialement

We loved staying here for 5 days. The hotel is located directly opposite ‘the arches’ on a quiet street and is an easy walk to the centre of town. The room wasn’t huge but perfectly fine and looked out over the garden. Both the bedroom and en-suite were beautifully designed. Staff are all exceptionally helpful and thoughtful and frequently checked that all aspects of our stay were fine. Breakfast in the garden was a great way to start each day with lovely bread, pastries and fresh fruit salad.
We also made use of the underground parking space nearby and the gym pass.
We would definitely stay here again.
