Personnel très agréable, hôtel très bien placé, parking payant avec réduction hôtel, chambre très propre et literie très correcte.
Inconvénients: salle de bain très exigu a part la douche correcte et insonorisation pas top mais suffisante pour une nuit.

Très agréable séjour .
Nous avons pu découvrir à pieds et en tramway cette jolie ville de Montpellier grâce à la situation idéale de l'hôtel Mistral. Proche de la gare (car nous sommes venus en train), proche de la place de la Comédie et d'un petit café théâtre le Carré Rondelet ainsi que des Musées que nous voulions voir.Les personnes de l'Hôtel nous ont accueillis très gentiment et sont très disponibles.

Le personnel était accueillant et la chambre propre. On peut regretter que la fenêtre ne donne pas tout à fait sur l'extérieur, et que la chambre soit dans un état légèrement dégradé, mais c'est un bon plan pour une nuit pas trop chère tout près de la gare et du centre à pied.

Salle de bain minuscule, arrivé dans la chambre, une odeur de tabac froid, alors que c’est un espace « non-fumeur », salle de bain minuscule, j’insiste littéralement la taille d’un cagibi. Vous allez aux toilettes vous pouvez vous brosser les dents en même temps sachant que sur le site aucune aucune photo indique la salle de bain on comprend pourquoi.
Quelque chose que je n’ai également pas compris pourquoi devoir donner les clés dès qu’on va se promener ou autre à la réception je trouve ça très gênant car je n’en vois pas l’intérêt, sachant que nous laissons nos affaires personnelles dans la chambre où il n’y a pas de coffre fort, je trouve pas ça très rassurant.

Je recommande, excellent rapport qualité prix. Par contre, il était annoncé que le parking était gratuit, or ce n'est pas le cas si on arrive le samedi soir pour une nuit. C'est le seul bémol sur cet hébergement.

Bien situé et très bon accueil. Literie un peu dure prévoir d'investir dans de vrais sommiers ! Hôtel propre et correct tout proche de la gare St Roch et de la sympathique place de la Comédie. Chambres sur cour sans réelle fenêtre les éviter si on est claustro.
