It's surprising that the 18-year-old hotel is so shabby! Poor maintenance and hygiene. I found two hairs when I entered the door! The air conditioner is even more weird. It doesn't cool or heat, but makes a huge noise. The front desk spoke English with a strong accent. He refused to change the room or refund the money. He looked like a ** who was afraid of nothing.
