房間沒有對外窗户，服務枱效率很低，談不上熱情。隔音很差，半夜上面房間有人走路睡不好覺。不過蒙特利爾物價很貴，這個已經是最便宜的了。

Apesar de combinado na chegada, as 3 horas da manhã, um late check-out a pessoa da recepção as 11h informando do check0ou as 11h. Argumentei que havia solicitado o late check-out tardio, mas de forma bem grosseira, disse que nada estava registrado!!!!

La propreté laisse à désirer. Manque un peux de rénovation dans les chambres surtout la salle de bain vieux années 80 . Les photo des chambres son pas représentatif. Pour le prix 202$ j’ai déjà été dans des motel a 80$ et c’était plus propre et convenable les lit inconfortable. J’ai aimé le côté vintage.

Hotel is easy access from the airport with free shuttle bus . Just 10 minutes ride. Amenities is standard.

Hotel was at a good location but our room was really medium on cleanliness. At the beginning, we were missing towels and had to ask to them. The breakfast was really poor.

When your car get hite , and where it was parcked is front off main door, and you can see 2 camera, then they can't get into recorded video to see who did it , or only give evidence for insurance ,that mean the whole Holet is not safe at all, not only the parcking. No trust to park again there .

Poor customers services, dirty room, used towels, fridge wasn't working. They moved the fridge to the entrance of the door into a different outer to make it work I asked for a new towel no one brought any to me
