Next to it is Chinatown, with many restaurants to choose from, and the conference center where I work is only a 10-minute walk away, and there are large supermarkets nearby.

I made two separate reservations. I checked in two days before the check-in date, and was told at the front desk that I could stay in the same room, but for the second reservation, I was charged an additional room fee as an early check-in. I found out about this by looking at the billing status on my credit card, and asked for a refund, saying that I had not been told that I would be charged, but the front desk staff on the day just told me to email the manager. I sent an email, but there was no reply and I was not refunded. I am grateful that I was able to stay at a cheap price, but the service was rock bottom.

Hotel in need of some updating, the location of the area leaves something to be desired. Parking is not nearby. No possibility of having breakfast on site. As for the rooms, they are a little dated. In the bathroom, traces of rust in the bathtub. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Rather 2 stars than 3.

The lady at the reception was very kind. There was no electric kettle or microwave, so be careful. It was pretty close to the tourist spots, which was helpful.

Very satisfied with the room

This is the worst hotel with the worst hygiene and service I have ever stayed in when I was on a business trip abroad. There was a musty and strange smell in the corridor of the room when I entered the door, and the same was true when I entered the room. There was no way but to use some perfume and spray it on paper and put it in different places to slightly cover up the strange smell. The facilities were shabby, the closet door fell directly outside the slide rail and broke, the lampshade of the table lamp was unknown and dirty, and most hotels are equipped with microwave ovens, but this one didn't have them. There were obvious stains on the quilt. The room was super full every day, and it was not until 1-2 pm. I couldn't wait to take the garbage and bath towels to replace them every day. The service was even more difficult to describe. I wanted to delay the check-out for a while and called the front desk but no one answered. I asked my colleague to go down and negotiate directly in person for a long time but no one answered. Then the person who answered said that it could not be delayed, or I had to pay a delay fee; I thought about it and checked out. After checking out, I wanted to store my luggage there for half an hour to go out for lunch before leaving, but they asked for 4 Canadian dollars per piece of luggage... So the impression was extremely bad... It refreshed my new low impression of the hotel. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this hotel.

It's definitely an old hotel that doesn't deserve full marks, but it's a good, reasonable place with the basics of a hotel well-equipped. Although the building is old, the reception functions properly, and cleaning and security are also good. For this kind of accommodation at this price, all I can say is that I am satisfied. It was convenient to travel as it was not far from the station by bus. If I visit Montreal again, I will definitely consider staying again.
