２つに分けて予約をしていました。この予約の前チェックイン日の２日前からチェックインを行い、フロントで同じ部屋に滞在できると言われたが、２つ目の予約の滞在については、アーリーチェックインとして、追加の部屋代を請求されました。クレジットカードの請求状況をみて知ったので、請求されると説明されていないことを訴えて返金を求めましたが、当日のフロントスタッフは、マネージャーにメールを送れと言うのみ。メールを送りましたが、返信ないままで返金もされません。安い宿泊代金に泊めていただいたことには感謝しますが、サービスは底辺です。

Hotel qui a besoin d un certain rafraîchissement, la situation du quartier laisse à désirer.Le paking ne se trouve pas à proximité.Pas eu de possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place. Au niveau des chambres, elles sont un peu vétustes. Dans la salle de bain des traces de rouille dans la baignoire. Notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyé durant notre séjour.plutot 2 étoiles que 3.

만점을 주기에는 확실히 낡은 호텔이긴 하지만, 호텔의 기본을 잘 갖춘 합리적이고 좋은 곳입니다. 건물은 낡았어도 리셉션이 정확히 역할을 하고 있고, 청소와 보안도 잘 되어있어요. 이 가격에 이정도 숙박이라면 만족이라는 말밖에 할 수가 없네요. 역에서도 버스 한 번으로 그리 멀지 않아 이동에도 편리했습니다. 몬트리올에 또 방문하게 된다면 아주 긍정적으로 재투숙을 고려할 거예요.

Worst hotel stay experience. Attitude of hotel manager was terribly unacceptable, she refused to answer and explain our questions regarding the extra fees. Also using rude wordings towards us. The hotel is very old and unfurnished and no body wash were provided which was supposed to be basics for a hotel. Had to contact the booking agent to settle such chaos. Please never consider this hotel in Montreal when you have other better choices.
