The hotel is relatively old and the rooms are generally quite clean, but it's hard to look carefully at hidden places such as faucets. There is a big gap in the professional skills of the lobby staff. The guys at night are not good, but the women during the day are much better.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the central area, about 30-min walking distance to most spots in Montreal. Even though the room is not spacious, it is pretty self-contained, plus it is clean and cozy. They offer paid parking option with discount in the parking lot across the street, around 23 CAD per day.
