Service is not good. We need to go to the front desk for anything which we need from them. Not a single water of bottle is available in room. Need to pay for all of them.

Great hotel in YUL for stopovers, gym pool and sauna and great value all u can eat breakfast for 20 dollars. Will definitely come back.

I had a very enjoyable stay! The room was large and comfortable. Thr buffet breakfast was good, with lots of options. Staff were helpful and courteous and I got to use the pool facilities a lot! This made me happy! Well done! Btw my fiance liked the room too.

The hotel is very close to the airport, about 10 minutes' drive. The indoor equipment is comfortable, the hotel staff has good service, and there is an airport bus to pick up and drop off the hotel and transfer to the city center, which is very convenient and worth booking.

The hotel room was dusty. With allergies it was not great to be in there until I had woped down the room and bathrrom. The tub was clogged and backed up some gross hair and grime. By the time I was done showering in was shin deep in water in the tub. Which I had to hurry up in 5 mins. Hurried shower is not relaxing. Armore doors were broken. Doesnt slide properly. The room get a bare minimum clean.

Hot tub did not work, Had to move rooms as shower head fell off at 10pm and manager did not offer to help move things.

Conveniently located near the airport with free shuttle service. Good food at the restaurant on site. Very comfortable bed. LOVED the nightlight in the bathroom!!

Service was great. Hotel ideal to stay at for early flight. Hotel was clean - rooms a little old.

It was not clear when booking that the shuttle shut down at 11:00pm. We were 4 adults renting 2 rooms. We only needed them for 6 hours while waiting for our layover For the price we paid at an international airport we should have had transportation. We had to get a taxi that cost us an additional $40. We would have booked a different hotel had we known that. The details said it included a shuttle, to see the times you needed to look under more services. That was the only service we were looking for so I did not click on the arrow key. It should be clear when it said you have shuttle service of the times it is not available. Very disappointed and we will never stay there again. The cost of the hotel includes that service and we did not get any discount when it was not available.
