Very quiet, comfortable and clean. It was perfect to relax a bit before a flight. The people at the front desk were very nice. The shuttle service is excellent!

Clean and tidy, close to the airport, the room is quite big, a good hotel in all aspects.

The hotel is average, no breakfast, and the location is relatively remote.

Been going here for years. very convenient off the highway . Mall and theatre close by food etc.. quiet, clean and simple. Good place if you are alone and need a place to stay for a couple days .

We had a great time spoiling ourselves with all the things this location offers. The breakfast in the restaurant was lovely Staff was super helpful

The drainage in our bathroom was terrible. It takes 30 minutes to drain the bathtub. I was taking a shower and a bath all at the same time. The toilet will only flash once the bathtub is finished draining. It's my second time staying there - which will be the last. The first time, it was terrible as well.

We stay here regularly, love the location. Easy access and always very clean & the staff is always polite and friendly.

We stayed overnight before flying out of YUL. We stayed in a large room with 2 Qn & sofa bed as we were 3 women. The dinner we had in the restaurant was excellent. The shuttle service was good.

Front desk staff was welcoming. Swimming pool was open even though the site says it is still under repair. A bit noisy due to air traffic. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Our room bathroom sink and shower had very slow drain flow. The hair conditioner dispenser was empty, I found out about it while taking shower ….always check before getting in. The coffee in the room was the worse coffee I have ever had. Our room was in first floor and very noisy…could hear people talking in hallway outside the room all night.

We have stayed here many times in the past 7 years as the location is convenient. On our last 2 stays, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The first time it was faint so we put up with it---it was late & we were too tired to switch rooms. On July 28/23 the "non-smoking" hotel room reeked of many cigarettes. We had to wait until 4 pm to see if any rooms were available so we did. The Reception clerk said all the rooms are non-smoking & offered to give us products to remove the smoke smell. We declined & were able to switch rooms. We noticed on this trip that any noise in the hallways outside the rooms were clearly heard in the room. We handled the issue of young boys playing hockey ( with a net ) in the hall outside our room ourselves. This of course could have been avoided by the parents supervising their children & taking them outside or in their rooms to play. My last negative is paid parking----it used to be free. The hotel is clean & conveniently located. Just beware of noise transmission and inform the Front Desk should any excessive noise/activity occur. We are all paying increased room rates now and deserve a little peace & quiet.
