雖然是較老舊的酒店, 但近日有進行翻新工程,因此房間環境及設施整體不錯. 最值一讚是交通便利, 步行5分鐘可到地鐵Berri站, 7分鐘到機場巴士站, 最適合出遊及往返機場旅客. 前台服務員友善好客, 早餐食物雖然選擇不算多但尚算不錯.

房間小但物品還算齊全。地理位置不錯，可以步行去老港和老街。衞生，服務，早晨都還不錯。最大的問題是空調聲音大且製冷效果差，讓人難以忍受。

Cet hôtel était au-delà de nos espérances surtout en regard du prix payé. Vaste chambre avec deux grands lits, bien équipée : frigo, cafetière, grille -pain, ustensiles.
Beaucoup de rangement, bonne douche,. La chambre au 4e étage donnait sur le boulevard mais était très tranquille. Bon petit déjeuner. Seuls bémols : la couette était trop chaude pour la saison et la télé manque de chaînes, il faudrait ajouter CNN, TV5 et RDI, au minimum. Il faudrait aussi plus d'un grille-pain et un réchaud au petit déjeuner car quand il y a du monde on doit attendre. Nous reviendrons.

Rooms are clean and tidy, staff there is friendly and helpful, and breakfast is also decent. Had an excellent experience at Roberval Hotel.
