Coffee machine with some kcups but no water to put in machine other than that all was ok.. little overpriced but it’s near airport so not surprising

I booked it for two nights, but there was no cleaning service, which is okay. It seems that there are no toiletries and slippers abroad. It is mainly a self-service hotel. The breakfast is average, just Western-style.

Very cool! The room is huge. Very comfortable. Very clean too. I also stayed at the Hilton Hotel when I went to Ottawa later. Placing an order with Ctrip is very convenient. recommend

Overall it was very good, the reception was very polite. There was no kettle in the room, only a capsule coffee machine and a microwave. The simple meals in the restaurant downstairs were also quite good.

Hotel General

We had a night stayover after a flight from Portugal before our next flight to Tampa, FL. The Hilton Garden Inn worked well for us because of the free shuttle service to and from Montreal's airport. We called the hotel once we arrived and waited about 15 or less minutes for the shuttle service. We had an early a.m. flight and were pleased that the service was available at 4:00 a.m. Check-in was easy and friendly. We were pretty exhausted when we arrived so did not take advantage of much more than a comfortable, clean, and spacious room. The property is located in an area of light industry so there was no restaurant within walking distance. Although Hilton Garden Inn did offer dining, we arrived mid-afternoon, an hour before the dining room opened, a big inconvenience. I would have loved a cocktail. There were choices of microwavable dinners, but that did not appeal to me, at all, after overseas air travel.

Thé only issue is that we left a bag in the lobby and it seems to have been stolen. We couldn’t find it anywhere though thé hôtel staff were very helpful.

Parking is outdoors. Bars are offered for steering wheel and brake pedal to prevent theft. Staff are great. Hôtel is very clean.

Front desk staff was extremely unfriendly, both guys in the reception in different times Breakfast was expensive and simply despicable, worst food ever.

Better shuttle service to airports. Our flight was at ,9 am and we had to take at 3:45 am shuttle as they were all full.

Stayed here to be close to the airport. Affordable, clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle driver was wonderful, especially for 5:45am hour.

Good value stay convenient to Montreal airport. Clean and comfortable room. Bedding very comfortable. Shuttle to airport was timely and efficient. Would stay here again

Close to the airport and free shuttle bus services that can be scheduled upon arrival. Friendly shuttle bus drivers. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. I love this brand of hotels as I always know the bed and pillows are going to be nice and comfortable.
