Every part of our experience has been wonderful. The hotel is situated in a central location in downtown, close to retail shops, the Fine Arts museum and public transportation. Everyone we met has been extremely professional and kind. Pre arrival, Sarah and Dimitar from the concierge team have been proactive with restaurant recommendations, including helping us make reservations at sought after dining destinations. Ou dinners were definitely one of the highlights of our trip, thanks to them! Neil, who checked us in, was also professional and patient. Since it was our first trip to the city, he armed us with city maps, not only took the time to get us oriented with the layout of the city but also shared with us a few of his favorite places to go. Our room was quiet, had a functional layout, comfy bed and well appointed. We loved the addition of an in-room iPad where we can view hotel amenities at a glance and also the ability to make requests. We also loved the fact that the rest area in the spa has a reflexology pool and garden, it is a unique offerings that helps soothe our tired legs after a long day of walking around town. We also enjoyed our breakfasts at Markus restaurant as well. Big open space, fresh, warm pastries, fresh fruit and ingredients, so good! In addition, Marie, the hotel's guest relations manager, surprised us one morning, introducing herself and thanking us for choosing the hotel. It was a nice gesture and definitely made us feel welcomed for sure. Luke from the restaurant and Kiran from the bell desk were kind to us as well, they always had smiles for us every day while we were in residence. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose the Four Seasons Montreal again the next time we're back.
