We were very happy with our stay The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, our suite was spacious and comfortable, the location was very convenient, we enjoyed our breakfast each morning, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The perfect place to come stay when visiting the Old Port in Montreal! Right from first contact when we pulled up in front of the hotel, we were greeted warmly by our valet/concierge Paolo. He was so friendly and his professionalism was outstanding. He absolutely set the tone for our stay here. The front desk staff were wonderful as well. The one issue that arose during our stay, which had nothing to do with the hotel itself, was immediately addressed by the hotel staff. The suite was beautiful, cozy, spacious and well appointed. More importantly, it was incredibly quiet. Considering the fact that it's set in such a high tourist area, this was a wonderful surprise. Great location, set in the Old Port, close to everything and easy to walk anywhere you want to go within the Old Port.

Lovely, spacious rooms, great amenities, centrally located with excellent restaurants in walking distance. We were upgraded, but to a suite suited for those with pets, so while the overall room was excellent, the sofa was a bit tired. Bed was comfy with great pillow selection. Huge bathroom with top drawer toiletries. Excellent housekeeping.
