飛機晚點，來晚了，工作人員都已經下班了，但是他前台有自助登記入住和退房，很方便，但是因為來晚了超過入住時間登記需要給客服打電話辦理代扣按金，因為不會英文和法語，最後還是好心的攜程客服遠程幫忙打電話協調的，客服全程很積極，還給了一張現金卷，真的很細心，感謝商家，感謝攜程客服，點贊
