This boutique hotel has lovely rooms, a good breakfast and is in the perfect location if you love the Plateau and Mile End, which we do. It is right beside the Metro too. We came by VIA train and never missed having a car. Carre St. Louis and the surrounding neighborhoods are gorgeous in the autumn and I hope to come back in the summer.

Je suis allée au spa et à l'hôtel pour relaxer et je suis sortie de là plus stressée qu'avant. Avec 200$ en moins.
Pire expérience depuis longtemps.
Pour le spa: le jacuzzi était froid et un groupe était présent, parlant super fort et enlevant tout l'aspect relaxant du parcours thermal. J'ai averti une employée qui n'a rien fait, me disant que si elle entendait quelque chose, elle allait intervenir (elle est remontée tout de suite après...)
Pour la chambre, elle était soso, mais passe encore. J'ai eu peur toute la soirée/nuit que la télé tombe, se décroche du mur tellement elle était croche.
La chambre était tellement bruyante, mon lit vibrait. Comme si le métro passait direct en dessous. Tellement que j'ai quitté en plein milieu de la nuit.
J'ai passé même pas 12 heures là-bas et je suis sortie plus stressée et fatiguée qu'avant. Et le directeur de l'hôtel n'est pas très sympathique quand on lui soumet les choses que l'on n'a pas aimé, me disant presque que c'était mon problème, pas le sien. Pu jamais.

Had a lovely stay – chose room that included jacuzzi & loved that warmth and convenience. Next time might rather enjoy the beautiful spa downstairs with sauna and massage (to reserve even prior to arrival!). Kitchenette with basics, and the hotel is a close walk to restaurants and everything (or the Sherbrooke subway stop is just across the street).
Most friendly staff, bien accueillants, un séjour super à côté du Square Saint-Louis. Merci !
